I had a horrible deadline to meet yesterday, which necessitated four all-nighters in a row. I finally got everything finished and had today and the weekend free so I decided to bring my poor, insufficiently walked dog for a ramble in one of my favorite walking spots. It’s the grounds and gardens of a country house that’s about a half hour drive from where I live. I was a bit too early to see the autumn colors, but in a few weeks all the surrounding trees will be beautifully autumnal. There are some really friendly horses too, Lexie loves them.
Poor Puff. When the weather goes above 20°C she stops functioning.
I recently found an old USB stick with baby puppeh pics. Aw. She was an insanely hyper puppy though, I’m glad she’s matured a bit.
It’s impossible to sit on the grass and read without constant puppeh intervention. It’s pretty easy to distract her with a chew stick though.
Aw, my uncle gave me a mouse mat with a picture of my dog on it. I don’t own a mouse (laptop only), so not quite sure yet what I’m going to do with it…
My dog’s such an apple fiend, if she even smells one she begins her “silently and unblinkingly staring” style of begging. (See above)

My dog usually spends her Spring/Summer evenings dragging her toys into the garden, dropping them in the pond and staring angrily at them until I fish them out.
